An effective leader encourages all the members of a group to make contributions. You want to make sure that everyone knows that they are going to be welcome to share their ideas. Even though you might have the final say all of the decisions that will be made for the company, you still want the team members to make sure that they have an active role when coming up with different plans or ideas for the company.
