GoKapital (a top American business/real estate lending firm) is hiring an Office Assistant for its Bangkok branch office located in Thong Lor. Our corporate headquarters is in Miami, FL (USA), and we have been operating since 2013, with our Bangkok branch office operating for over 1 year. Our services are offered to American customers, and include business loans, equipment financing, commercial mortgages, personal lines of credit, real estate investment loans, and more.
A few important points below:
- Work hours are from 8PM-5AM (night to morning) as its based on American work hours Please do not apply if you cannot work this schedule.
- Initial compensation ranges from 20K to 30K monthly, and it is paid bi-weekly
- 100% ENGLISH FLUENCY IS REQUIRED (written and spoken) as we work with US clients. Please do not apply if your English is not fluent.
- This is NOT a remote/WFH position. Please do not apply if you cannot be in our Thong Lor office in Bangkok, or if you are in a different country at the moment.
- Assist with general day to day clerical tasks (organizing documents, data entry, etc.)
- Answering phone calls and e-mails, and providing excellent customer service
- Possess computer proficiency skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with different departments to organize company meetings, and also assist in coordinating management's daily agenda
- Have clear communication skills, discipline, and be organized
- Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 THB per month (dependent on qualifications/experience), with the opportunity to increase after a 3 month performance evaluation period.
- Compensation is paid bi-weekly (meaning, we pay 1st and 15th of each month)
